Fudge Brownie

Butter 1 LB oz

Sugar 2 LB 10 oz

Eggs 1 LB 10 oz

Dark Chocolate Semi Sweet 1 Lb 6 oz

Vanilla 1/2 oz

Cake Flour 1 LB

Cocoa Powder 5 1/2 oz

Chopped Nuts 1 LB

Direction  Fudge Brownie

  1. Melt Chocolate and  Cool to Room Temperature Reserve.
  2. Cream Butter and Sugar Till Smooth.
  3. Slowly and the Room Temperature Egg.
  4. Add the Reserved Melted Chocolate and Vanilla
  5. Sift the Cake Flour and Cocoa Powder Together and incorporate into the Mixture.
  6. Add the Nuts
  7. Spread into a Parchment Lined Sheet Pan.
  8. Bake at 300F Degrees for Approximately 40 Minutes.
