Doughnut Glaze

Gelatin 0.25 oz

water 1 LB

Corn Syrup 4 oz

Vanilla 0.25 oz

Sugar 5 LB

Direction Doughnut Glaze

  1. Soften the gelatin in the water
  2. Heat the water until the gelatin dissolves
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth
  4. Tip doughnut into warm glaze or rewarm the glaze as necessary
