Carrot Cake

Sugar 1 LB

Egg 4

Oil 2 cup

Grated Carrot 1/2 LB

Flour 1 1/3 LB

Baking Powder 1/2 oz

Cinnamon Powder 1 Teaspoon

Orange Juice 3 1/2 oz

Direction Carrot Cake 

  1. Mix sugar salt and on speed 1 with after beater
  2. Sift flour baking powder and baking soda into above mix continuing on # 1 Speen
  3. Add egg and mix for three minutes contining to scrape he sides of the mixing bowl
  4. Add  can oil and vanilla and contining to mix and scrape for above 3-5 minutes until smooth
