Flour 1 1/3 LB
Baking Powder 1/2 oz
Cinnamon Powder 1 Teaspoon
Orange Juice 3 1/2 oz
Direction Carrot Cake
- Mix sugar salt and on speed 1 with after beater
- Sift flour baking powder and baking soda into above mix continuing on # 1 Speen
- Add egg and mix for three minutes contining to scrape he sides of the mixing bowl
- Add can oil and vanilla and contining to mix and scrape for above 3-5 minutes until smooth
